FAQs

How long will it take to receive my order?

All flowers are made to order and the lead time for fulfilling orders is 1-4 weeks from the date of purchase to be dispatched. All parcels are sent via a tracked delivery service and you’ll receive an email with a tracking number once the package has shipped.

I’m ordering flowers as a birthday gift. Can I request them to be delivered in time for a particular date?

Usually, yes! Please get in touch via email with plenty of notice and we’ll do our best to accommodate. You can also leave a birthday message when you reach the checkout which will be included in the box.

Will my flowers be safe in the post?

Your flowers will arrive packed flat and secured to their box to stop them from getting squashed en-route to you. We used a Signed For delivery service to make sure your order arrives safely. Some petals may need some light unfurling after unboxing which you can do by gently teasing the petals with your fingers.

Can you make me my favourite flower?

We take a select number of custom orders each month, including different flower varieties to those seen on our online shop. Find more details on the Commissions page and enquire via hello@leoflowers.co.uk

Do you ship internationally?

Our online shop accepts international orders to the US, Canada, Australia, France, Italy, Germany and Switzerland from the online. If you’d like to order to another international destination, drop us a line at hello@leoflowers.co.uk and we’ll see what we can work out. Please do not attempt to order to a country not listed above through the online shop. Please also note that the customer is responsible for paying any additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

How long will my flowers last?

Given the right care and environment, paper flowers can last indefinitely. We use the best quality paper and treat our flowers with UV protection, though like all paper and textiles, exposure to the sun and humidity will cause them to fade and age. Take a look at our flower care guide here to make sure your flower stays looking beautiful for years to come.
